Becoming a Real Estate Representative In order to become a licensed real estate representative in Canada you must successfully complete a course of study as required under the Real Estate Act of your resident province. For British Columbia, the website is shown below. www.recbc.ca You will be required to complete coursework and pass the provincial test.  You will also take post-licensing coursework after you have your license.
